Jessica and Kevin did their wedding day first look at the Cincinnati Reds Great American Ballpark, atop the Reds' dugout. Jessica's father escorted her down the aisle to the dugout, because he is a long time GABP usher. After their first look we did many wedding party portraits in the ballpark, and fortunately the weather cooperated. But then we stepped outside and saw very dark clouds approaching. So we went to a backup rain location and were able to get more outdoor photos, protected from some serious rain.

The 'fun' didn't stop there. When we arrived at St. Mary's Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption church in Covington, the church had no power.  After about 15 minutes of strategizing photographing a wedding in the dark, the power came back on. Whew!  Kevin and Jessica had a beautiful ceremony in an amazing church. The reception was at the Newport Syndicate Grand Ballroom. (One of my favorite venues.) And the wedding party's awesome coordinated dancing made this a memorable and fun wedding reception.
